FEES

I accept private pay and Kaiser Permanente Insurance.  I accept cash and credit card payment but all clients are required to enter a valid credit card to be stored in my secure electronic health record and billing system.

For private pay clients, I offer a "Good Faith Estimate" of anticipated therapy costs prior to the start of treatment as required by Title 45, section 149.610 Code of Federal Regulations.

 

If you have another insurance that allows you to submit for reimbursement, I can provide you with a super bill that includes a mental health diagnosis where appropriate and dates and times of our sessions.  Please note that I cannot guarantee that your health insurance will reimburse you.

I have a 24 hour late cancellation policy.  You will be charged your full session fee if you miss a session and have not notified me 24 hours prior to your appointment.
